That day while looking around for more CNY cookies ideas, I accidentally stumbled upon this recipe here. It makes me all excited as I love anything to do with butter. Be it butter cookies, butter cake, butter butter as in spread only....love it to bits!

After getting the hand of making my own fried popiah seaweed rolls here, it makes me more motivated to try to make it again but this round I'm skipping the sunning step. Since I only got free time at night, after the kids asleep, I need to get it all done there and then.

The problem with the fried snacks is that it is very oily and with the hot weather nowadays, especially during CNY, it is going to worsen the body even more - sore throat is the worst I can think of.

As I love munching, especially fried food, or better known as junk food, this Nestum popiah rolls is also one of the top CNY snacks that I mamanged to find on the Mr. Google. Seeing the beautiful images just make me salivating more and so tempted to give it a try.

Also known as seaweed crackers or fried / oven baked seaweed crackers or popiah seaweed rolls...I don't even know what's the actual name for this CNY snack. I was googling to find what I had in mind but mostly came out those flat seaweed crackers. 

Oh finally...

Okay, here I am trying to figure out how to create my first ever blog LOL. Kept telling myself, how on earth those not so tech savvy can create such a wonderful blog and me??? I'm still stuck here after trying to figure out how to create a blog since eons ago...
