Fried popiah seaweed rolls 2 (without sunning)

Fried popiah seaweed rolls
After getting the hand of making my own fried popiah seaweed rolls here, it makes me more motivated to try to make it again but this round I'm skipping the sunning step. Since I only got free time at night, after the kids asleep, I need to get it all done there and then. 


So, using the same list of ingredients and steps, minus the sunning step, and straight fried the rolls under medium fire.



Fry under medium fire
Fried till golden brown
Cooling it down
Taste wise, I can't taste any different nor my guinea pigs LOL. At least all this can be done in about slightly more than an hour. Happy testing!
